The 'four poster' room was ridiculous, with a creaky day bed crammed against the wall. No snacks or decent tea bags provided. Definetely expected at least a complimentary gesture for such deplorable arrangements. Almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't, really disappointed

Greatly enjoyed our very well decorated rooms, plus the staff was superfriendly. The lounge area had good meals. It had remote location close to Slipstream Sculpture.

Lovely experience there. Stunningly beautiful place to stay while travelling around Micheldever. An iron, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk in the room, excellent location. Location next to Micheldever, which is a picture postcard English village, the Carfest festival and Winchester.

The Cream Room was spacious and elegantly arranged. We enjoyed tea on the patio, and the breakfast was a real treat-fresh and generous. The hosts were cute, even letting us know about the Little Owl in their yard. Truly a nice getaway 😊

Comfortable beds, peaceful atmosphere, good breakfast with home-baked bread.
Bathroom setup awkward, requiring trips across the hallway for some rooms. Bedding felt overly soft with creased sheets and marks present. Limited tea/coffee supplies in the room, and a small seating area provided little space for relaxation.

A warm and cute retreat
Laura and Charles greeted us with warmth, offering us tea and interesting conversations. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly baked bread and locally sourced ingredients.
The bathroom's layout was challenging, requiring navigation across the corridor at night, which could be awkward. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a little more attention to room details would enhance the experience.

Idyllic location at the end of a single track road surrounded by open countryside. The room had an en-suite with views over farmland.
The entrance instructions weren't ideal. We had trouble finding it in the dark due to the security light going out, a hassle, especially with rain. The bedroom layout in some rooms was awkward, forcing one person to climb over the other to access the bathroom, and some bathrooms weren't fully integrated into the rooms, sacrificing convenience. There's a mention that the garden isn't securely fenced for dog owners, limiting options for those traveling with pets.

The Green Room offers a serene atmosphere, ideal for couples seeking a quiet retreat. While the bathroom's arrangement was awkward, being across the hallway presented unexpected challenges, especially at night. Breakfast was really good, but the host's demeanor created a tense atmosphere was good. The picturesque countryside surroundings are its greatest appeal.
